Overview

The Local Consortium is the structural representation of EAI’s leadership and development network across colleges, states, and national levels. It provides a structured platform for youth participation, peer-to-peer learning, civic engagement, and leadership incubation.

A. Collegiate Consortium

  • Headed by: The Mayor (Executive Head) and the Deputy Mayor (Legislative Speaker)
  • Composition: Voting members, ordinary members, intending members
  • Mandate: Build a community of young changemakers within academic institutions through leadership practice, innovation, and civic projects.

B. State Consortium

  • Headed by: The Governor (Executive Head) and the Lieutenant Governor (State Chamber Speaker)
  • Composition: Voting members, non-voting collegiate members, intending members
  • Mandate: Coordinate leadership and development activities across institutions and youth networks within each state.

C. National Consortium

  • Headed by: The National President (Executive Head) and the National Deputy President (President of the Senate)
  • Composition of National Senate: Voting members from state chambers and collegiate assemblies
  • Mandate: Harmonize national initiatives, represent youth interests at policy platforms, and coordinate cross-border collaborations.

Executive Council & Special Units

Each level is supported by an Executive Council made up of elected secretaries, deputy secretaries, and advisors.
